I have a small virtual account with them that got shut down wednesday due to me not being able to get to my bank 2 states away to deposit the money to make my measly $11 payment. I emailed support and they got my sites back online until Friday like if I was a big player and they needed my business.
If that isn't top notch, I don't know what is.
