I've never worked there nor been in one of their kitchens so I have no first hand experience how they make the beans. The story that was in the paper said he was craping in the bean container or something to that effect. The word "vat" probably wasn't used, but it has been several years since this happened so I may not be remembering it exactly how they described it.
