I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Really apple just makes the device, if they lower the restrictions on the apps it's not as if apple is producing adult content. I can't see schools dropping their contracts with apple.
Dell probably has more contracts with schools and government institutions than anyone, and god knows how much porn has been viewed using Dells
I know it's not quite apples to apples (no pun intended) but you get my drift.
I don't see anyone boycotting Andriod, the affiliated producers of droid phones, or Google over their allowance of adult apps on their platform
