Thank you Captain Howdy, appreciate your input. The person who led that thread (Brandon Michaels) is one of our best customers. He orders just about every week, including two orders this week. And as you can see at the bottom of that thread, other customers have ordered large packages and received them quickly.
Everyone is well aware of the problems AFSC had last year. In December of 2010 I complete the acquisition of AFSC and have been working hard to fix the problems customers had. I have already put new staff in place, people with years of experience in customer service and content licensing.
I have also reached out to many people who have experienced problems in the past and am looking forward to re-building those relationships moving forward. I do not expect everything to be fixed overnight, but I expect over a short period of time to have ALL the past problems resolved and to never happen again.
