The CCBill Scrub going nuts again, happened last November for me with sponsors across the board.
And the same thing has happened for the last 2 weeks for me too - a 1:300 clockwork sponsor with ZERO sales no matter how much traffic thrown at it...
Either that or it's a post Xmas credit card thing...
