i could still argue rasism based on the percentage banned accounts
if black peoples accounts were banned and all the videos were dropped 20% more times than white that would be enough for a case.

You couldn't argue racism, or anything... your entire argument now is complete bullshit. Racism... my god.

i love your proof youtube takes down all videos when they ban an account for individual violations is a case where you deliberately violated youtubes policies on an account level
in the worst possible way (by circumventing their dispute resolution policy and over riding their decision).
don't you realize that an apples to oranges comparision.

I never said I put the video back up, but I did put a video back up, but a different one. I didn't deliberately violate any terms, at that any account ban is some term violation, not even sure why you brought that up. Anyway, I had no idea 1000's of people from Edmonton were going to find the video and shit tons flag it - which got Youtube to look at it.
Btw..
site:youtube.com "has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of our Community Guidelines"
Grab any user that comes up banned (not the listings) look the videos up in google posted by that user, and they are gone, in google and in youtube.
Oh I'm sure a few videos on some account stay up, but that's not normal... 99% of the time, everything goes with it - and anything that didn't, isn't in violation of anything.
Edit... I see your video link now: That's a community guideline termination, not a copyright violation. He can create another account with the same info. We are talking about Copyright violations here or at least severe term violations.
