do you know how much discriination would go on if that was all that was necessary to get away discriminating against someone
companies have been sued because the percentage of negative ruling against i minority was higher than against white people
i could still argue rasism based on the percentage banned accounts
if black peoples accounts were banned and all the videos were dropped 20% more times than white that would be enough for a case.

P.S. Youtube DOES delete the videos on banned accounts, otherwise my West Edmonton Riot videos from several years back would still be on Youtube. The first time, they just deleted the video, the second time they took down everything.

so rather than follow the normal dispute resolution policy of youtube to get your video legitimately restored you deliberately violated their process and put the video back up again
i love your proof youtube takes down all videos when they ban an account for individual violations is a case where you deliberately violated youtubes policies on an account level
in the worst possible way (by circumventing their dispute resolution policy and over riding their decision).
