BS. Your "proof" was the one and only movie by that uploader. If there were only one movie, removed for copyright reasons, then there couldnt be
any movies left for you to "prove" what you claim
For safe harbor, learn it:
1. Repeated infringers must be booted.
2. "Good reasons to believe so" is legally justification to remove all movies (and generally
required to keep safe harbor)
3. You won´t lose safe harbor for deleting content, stating the deletion is for any/other reason than infringements (DMCA also point this out)
