Mr Markham, it is pretty common that you delegate work, responsibilities and authority in mid-size companies.

Even if it is evident that Alzheimer's is slowly setting in and you prefer to rage about the number of toilets in some Canadian office building, it should not be that hard to understand that a company owner and/or CEO could not possibly be expected to micro-manage every aspect of a business.
