Paul, I dislike the shady side of their business model as much as you, but honestly man... toilets?
I used to have an office in the USA for a non-porn business. I paid people to run every aspect of it. While I knew numbers and made the final calls, I trusted those running it to take care of everything else. I couldn't tell you anything about the office other than where it was and that I was paying for it. Ran it that way for 10 years and that was how I liked it. I sold the business and it's still running today, 20 years later, and the new owner probably couldn't tell you anything about the office either.
If Nathan is the head honcho over there, he would have too much on his plate to worry about toilets and minor details. He pays others for that. You can't micro manage everything and continue to grow. I don't know if he is who he says he is or not, but if he is, I would expect him NOT to know those little details.
