that's target.com shopping policy. Amazon does not have a stated policy like that although they did inform some customers back in 2000 over a toy price glitch, they can pay the higher price or they can cancel the order.
Who knows, maybe this is for real. Maybe Target is getting rid of overstock - these are the original 60GB PS3's that are outdated.
