Regarding the secret service stuff, maybe the reason I bought Mansef assets regardless is: 1) I bought assets, not Mansef itself, and 2) I know more about the secret service seizure than is publically available knowledge? Maybe, just MAYBE in a deal of this size, I would have looked at the exact circumstances to the seizure, the reasoning to it?
