One day someone will release details about the past 4 years and everyone thinking of conspiracy theories here and elsewhere about me and Manwin will feel utterly stupid and realize that they really had no clue about M&A transactions, the power of understanding business and financing and the importance of having good advisors, both legally and financially.
Regarding the secret service stuff, maybe the reason I bought Mansef assets regardless is: 1) I bought assets, not Mansef itself, and 2) I know more about the secret service seizure than is publically available knowledge? Maybe, just MAYBE in a deal of this size, I would have looked at the exact circumstances to the seizure, the reasoning to it?
All you conspiracy people think too small, you think no-risk, you will never get anywhere big in this industry...
