Actually I misread your post...but I suspect that the seizure is probably why ManSef started selling assets to ManWin but I also suspect there are some legal structuring that still involves the top echelon of ManSef...but I do not know that it should matter to anyone other than those involved in the structuring. The fact is ManWin exists...and all of the whining on this board is not going to change that.
