In addition many if not most of the existing companies started with shady practices and many if not most still have shady practices. I can not keep track of all of them so I really don't try to...but there are some companies that I will not do business with as I become aware of them...or the assholes involved with them.
I am only an affiliate and I only dabble with websites to occupy my time as I am retired...so I don't depend on any of it for a living...so none of it is of any real import to me.

I think there's a good chance of more government intervention into their activities but that's just my opinion because I get the feeling they are dirty. I also believe there's a good chance of them being successfully sued for their lax repeat offender policies. I believe there may potentially be some other damaging things which could come out in discovery as well. I think it's a matter of time. Again this is just my opinion. Even if none of the above happens, the industry changes. Laws and procedures change. The game might one day be up.
