Correct. That's why I was very careful to specify ManSef in regards to seizures and ManWin in regards to buying up companies. It's claimed that the two do not have a common ownership structure but many people are skeptical. I'm not sure about the timing of the webcams deal. If t occurred in early 2010 was it first bought technically by ManSef and later became a Manwin asset or was it originally purchased by ManWin? Maybe Nathan will answer.
