yes, but a lot of contractors and members of teh military industrial complex were happy to take their part of the billion.

as they will be happy to take their part of the rest of the fences as they are built.

too bad my taxes have to be used to solve their problem, cuz it's not a real problem for me.

but such is life. they bitch because their taxes will be used to solve my problems. oh boo hoo hoo, everybody is so sad.
