I told Reflected about the no invoice on email, and gave them this thread as well.
Got this email back from billing support.

I hope I am not imposing - I was wondering if you happen to know who might be the "Calvinguy" on the msg board? I cant find any unanswered tickets for server setup requests and wanted to contact them, but am not sure which customer they might be...
