Obama was working hard on getting his approval rating back up to 53%, which he just accomplished.
That means that the same % that voted for him think he is doing a fine enough job.
As for Bush and Clinton looking 20 years older, I guess that means you age 2.5 times as fast as the average person considering they were both in office 8 years. Not too bad considering the stress levels that come with the job.
