Today the prosecutor asked a witness [Gill] if the dead homeless guy "do anything that you perceived as threatening?"

"No," Gill said.


Another witness said about the cop, ""I was shocked and surprised. He seemed more aggressive than I was expecting,"

With all that said, I won't be surprised if the cop walks; that's what happens in this country. If he does, we'll have a bunch of native americans rioting in the street (I just hope they don't close the casinos).
