I got no interest whatsoever in US politics and don't give a fuck who the contenders will be. That is a matter for US citizens only.

I only hope some have the sense to elect someone who is at least "partially qualified" cos whoever it is, will have his work cut out for him by the Texas "thing" is put down - whenever that may be.
