Yeah he is a tough one for sure. I am still going back and forth with whether or not I want to risk federal prosecution. I had been reading up on the cases in Cali where the guys opened their Pharmacies by the book, properly accounted for all money, etc then the federal government comes after them.

From what I can tell, the local laws that make it legal hold no ground when the feds want you since it is still considered a federal crime.

All other aspects make me want to dive into it. However the legal thing is a BIG deterrent.

Regardless I am still going to go for the business licenses. Cheap as hell to get one but they are only offering 120 for all of Arizona. If I am lucky enough to snag a couple, I assume I can sell them for big bucks if I decide not to open one myself.
