i am a coder, but you don't need to be one to realize the "god" myth is false. The amount of pure evil in the world , the massive amount of children killed, tortured etc, leads us to the conclusion , if there is a god , he is one sick motherfucker.
But i am getting offtopic i suppose as the question was if the bible is true. first off we would need to know what bible you are referring to. Secondly if we were analyzing the bible for its factual accuracy, it fails right from the get-go. There are literally thousands of scientifically impossible facts mentioned. The only way to analyze the bible is with complete faith of god and complete disregard for any facts. Thus you aren't really believing anything at all. You believe what you are told to believe because you are scared. I believe what i have been taught how to analyze things. If there is a god he created me this way , so it must be the correct thought process, he wants me to believe what he created me to believe in
so we are all cool, you on the otherhand have alot of problems with your version of god
