Sex is something in the human body and mind. If you believe God created us he also created the sex drive and what it does.
It produces chemicals in the brain that makes people feel good after an orgasm. Also a thought can stimulate the sex drive.
Women have cycles that make them feel very horny when fertile.
Women post puberty have cycles that produce an egg in their womb, whether they are married or not.
It's a monthly cycle and occurs whether married or not.
Many creatures in the world are monogamous. Some mate once for life and if their mate dies never mate again. Humans are not built like that.
The reason many religions frown on sex or call it a sin, is because the rules were written by old men who wanted to control people. The Catholic church until the 9th century allowed it's clergy to marry. Until they realised the clergy were giving away the churches wealth.
