I've read about a few incidents like that here in Norway too. Most of the times it seems as banks find out sooner or later. And here at least it's you're responsibility to inform the bank about the error, and ofcourse using any of it is illegal.
If that happened to me today, I'd grab as much of tha cash as possible (I'm broke as fuck atm hehe) and make sure I was able to hide it. Transfer some to friends who wanted some cash too etc.
If the bank ever found out I'd be sent to jail, but in Norway I wouldn't get much of a sentence eitherway so it would be woth it.
If I managed to get get away with some of it that is. Ofcourse I would have to pay back every last cent (have property, future paychecs etc confiscated to pay back), but moving to another country with a few mill wouldn't be a sad thing. I don't plan to spend all my life living here anyways
