Usually that's a bad sign but it still might be worth contacting them to see if anyone responds. I thought for sure one program was dead based on their site but was surprised to find the owner kept up with the more important things such as sending me checks.
This particular program ended up being pretty good in the end. One of my better ones. Sometimes you just don't know until you try.
