i didnt think this was any different when i saw him say that "she was no longer with us", which was pretty vague
Funny thing, when Steve posted all of those threads he was dead serious at the time. If he wanted it to be an obvious joke he would have put the years the name Tawnee Stone existed 2001-2010 and not the life of Tammy Saris, he also wouldn't have included details like her dying from a "car accident" and just would have spoke generally that he heard Tawnee Stone was dead.
