I left Cali more than four years ago, and less than 90 days after they were threatening a tax lien due to a parking ticket in the city of burbank on a vehicle I sold. Even the chick on the phone didn't understand it, but told me too bad.
Seriously, fuuuuck California and their money problems. I used to get parking tickets time stamped AFTER the no parking times, and it was a fucking hassle to get them dropped. They illegally fine people and threaten you after the fact.
