you mean exactly like every other nuclear country does ? every other nuclear country both picks the places and limits access.

no country would allow that .. usa certainly does not allow that , nor do any of the big6.
I totally agree in theory, in practise it doesnt work. Lets do the same thing with israel. Lets allow their muslim neighbours to inspect at free will all of israel's nuclear facilities.
