I suggested the "one trial only" option to CCBill a long time ago. My rep liked the idea, and said he would pass it on, but I've never seen anything. It really would be useful.

Another thing to try with your trial. Nina suggested this one to me originally... Don't offer it as a standard price, but only on an exit from your signup form.
