Funny thing is the sales person told me not to buy them if i live in an apt because the bass drum vibration will scare my neighbours. I didn't believe him and he was right. Even with i got two inch thick foam padding on the floor.

I'm a double pedal kinda guy so the lower neighbour may start getting fed up with the knocking on the floor
So I try to keep reasonable drumming hours.
Its been 2 weeks and no complaints so far
