Like Stefan said, the age of consent in Germany is 16. The 57 year old did nothing illegal. That father had no right to assault and commit grievious bodily harm on the 57 year old. He ought to be imprisoned for life assuming the 57 year old guy doesn't fucking kill him first after he heals up.
