Is it against the law in Germany for a 57 year old to date a 17 year old? Since the police didn't take action it sounds like it's ok and the dad should get the full brunt of the punishment. The extreme actions of the dad you can reason he would have a problem with whoever dates his little princess.
That kind of crazed over-protectiveness will have her drinking piss and starring in scat films in the VERY near future.
