You see, his direct ancestors, mis-named as "Native Americans", got along quite well without The Baby Jesus & Co.
As far as the term "Native Americans" being a mis-nomer, the term implies that the "Human Beings" or "The People" as the American Indians called themselves were the first people to settle in the Americas goes; that group was arealtive latecomer as it is now know that Polynesians were settling the Americas in force poerhaps as much as 30,000 years ago, well before the migrations from Asia and the "Native Americans" were well aware of that fact, often referring to the Polynesians as "The Old Ones".
