and I'm not just trying to be critical of the site, I am really wondering if there was any legal point to posting that, as it is basically saying that everything is user uploaded, but is user uploaded content free of 2257 requirements if it gets further handled by the webmaster in formatting and reposting it as a blog post? I can see that a site like youtube or a forum where the user posts directly live, but in a case like this, presumably a "user" is just submitting a photo, after which the site owner looks through them and then reposts them, which implies a responsibility of moderation and therefore a responsibility of documentation, copyright and 2257 etc.
