Yes, their support is awesome, can't praise it enough.
Despite sending them relativity few bucks a month with a couple of sites, they are always super-responsive and go the extra-mile.
Example I'm glad to mention: a few weeks ago we had a problem with a payment processor.
It was really not Amerinoc's fault, actually they were not involved at all (processor had screwed up something on their server).
Despite this, since the payments were cut off, AM's support understood the urgency of the situation and they were willing to do anything to help.
That's a smart way to do business in the long run.
