anybody uses netspend? A golden tip here
Just found this on another forum

To sum it up... You sign up for netspend, get your card in the mail, activate it and load it with $40 so that it becomes an active account. Then you setup an e-mail and use the netspend site to send yourself a referral link. Use that to sign up for card number 2. Make sure you use a different name and a different address if possible (maybe use the assistance of a friend). Take the $40 off card 1 and load onto card 2 which will give the referral bonus of $20 to both accounts. Card 1 should have $20 and card 2 should have $60. Remove money from card 1, cancel account and continue from step one with card 2 
Or you could use account one for it's unlimited virtual debit card capabilities :P
