I never said we didn't have cross-sales. I said we didn't get caught up in the shady cross-sale game. We don't have 3 pre-checked hidden cross sales or other shady tactics leading to high chargebacks, etc.

plus the pre-checked x-sale (NOT hidden to their credit):

"Sign me up for a 3 day Membership to www.allteenhardcore.com for $1.00. After 3 days, Membership renews automatically at $39.95 every 1 month."

So initial membership is $29.73.
Surfer forgets to cancel X-sale after 3 days: $39.95

Initial membership rebills at $39.73
X-sale rebills at $39.95.

After two months that's $150 of revenue.

..... But $25 PPS.

At least these aren't hidden cross sales though. Credit is due. Still $25 PPS seems low for a site which renews at $40 and has $40 cross sales.
As with most paysites, our members tend to choose trial options first. Only 15-20% of users actually keep the cross-sale checked. The numbers used to be a little higher, but surfers are educated now, and we dont' try to hide the checkbox so its easier to opt-out of.

Cross sales are in every business- Travel, Health, ETC.
Was this directed at me?

IMO, it's a raw deal for the affiliate. Call it funny all you want but you're the one with the affiliate program and if people won't promote you, what's really the point? Laugh all you want but there's no way in hell I'll promote you with $40 cross sales and $40 recurring for $25 PPS and I know there are many others who are the same. One month full membership at 50% is $20. Rev share might not be a bad deal if the affiliate got a % of the cross sales but I doubt that. Plus under revshare usually the affiliate has to eat the refunds and chargebacks which skyrocket because of the shitty cross sales -- hidden or not.

Don't wonder why you can't get affiliates if you do this crap dude. The answer is right in front of you bt you're too good to listen.
Who says we can't get affiliates? I'm pretty sure majority affiliates these days would rather be paid $25/sale and KNOW they are going to get paid, instead of being paid $40/sale and wonder if the company can afford it.

It's no wonder the $40PPS programs are closing these days. Majority relied on the shady cross-sale business to be able to afford the higher payouts. A single cross-sale will not support a $40 payout.

Thanks Buddy! My design company, AAA Adult Design, was the team that put RadicalCash online in 2004. It's great to be involved with a company so many years after I helped get it off the ground. Between RadicalCash and PharmacyChecks, there is a lot in the works!

Thanks everyone for your posts, positive and negative! I see it all as constructive criticism and welcome it any day!
