No one wants the war so there will be none. Even if US wanted to attack (what they definetely don't with their problems in Afghanistan, economy etc...) they will still have to persuade China to let them. South Korea is the last one who wants the war, because even if they won, what will they do with millions of poor people with no qualification? It would ruin their economy for at least 20 years. What everybody wants is some kind of deal with North Korea that they will not try to mount their few nukes on some kind of rocket and maybe that they will try to loose the hardness of regime little bit. Onkly possibility of attack is that someone throws over the regime and it would be imminent that rockets and grenates will start to fall on Seoul.
