Some people like it and convert well, some people don't. I guess it all depends on your site. The amount of traffic each plug sends ranges from 25k to 50k during the promotional period.
If you want a review I suggest you contact the webmasters of the plugs that are already in my system to get an idea of what people think about the plugs.
