I would have approved him up until the point where he begs for $100. At that point, no. But before that, hey, you never know who will become big tomorrow. People forget that. If he's really highly motivated that's a strong plus. If you're really feeling generous offer him some work for that $100. Postpaid of course!! You never know the guy might end up working right beside you in a few years or even own the company!
