124 is still in "pre-launch" - the pre launch started on Aug. 14th 2010 - the site has been in Beta and all the bugs are being worked out. The official launch is Jan 24th.
Yes checks have been going out like clockwork for the last four months, my business partner was one of the first to join and his checks are getting quite nice already due to the rapid growth of the company. I will freely provide proof of these claims to anyone who is curious.
