Same. After ePass, I figured too many cards was better than not enough, so signed up for a bunch of accounts. When I first signed up, their AJAX document uploader script wasn't working, so I submitted a quick ticket. Never got a response, but gave it a try a few days later, and it worked.

Asked for Verification letter, and it's been at least a month, and still no sign. It's getting send to Canada too, not Thailand. So fuck 'em, they obviously have so much business they don't need more users.
