Pretty much every "non third world country" (including a few 3rd worlders) that actually was able to help got involved one way or another. Looks like a lot of dick swinging.
Every country on that list is swinging their little dick because the USA swings a much bigger dick. Not ONE of them would be there otherwise.

However, you also have to understand that not all countries send warriors. Some send doctors, construction workers, mechanics, and so on but are still considered troops because they are in the military. What is even more mind boggling is the amount of private military companies involved, usually under reported if at all.
