Or maybe they have their own billing companies picked out, websites that use .XXX will be required to use one of their "approved" billing companies?
What exactly would stop me from setting up a .XXX, processing a bunch of fraudulent charges, and then even if they cut me off... coming up with a new identity and starting all over?
And why would ANYONE from the adult industry support .XXX where there are all kinds of things that could go wrong, all kinds of ways they could lose customers and/or control over their own business, and pretty much no measurable upside to being on a .XXX domain? The good news is, I know of like 2 people who have voiced public support of .XXX, both seems to be in the game with ICM, and that does NOT make up a community by any means ... so I'd expect that G.A.C. might still have some concerns about whether the requirements have REALLY been met. Let's hope.
