I had to cancel my credit card after signing up to one of their trials just to take a look. I even cancelled my membership about an hour later because I didn't want to upgrade to the "full membership"
I get charged twice for 39.98, 2 trial charges of around a dollar and then later on other random charges for 3 cents and 7 cents....
Segpay 'support' only refunds full membership charges so I couldn't get the trial charges (1 of which was fine by me) returned, nor the strange 3 and 7 cent charges.
My bank (bofa) didn't even want to chargeback the remaining smaller charges and told me it would be better to deal with support... wonder how many other banks are like this.
Pretty slick little gimmick there to keep chargeback ratios down.
--- consider this, if i was able to charge back a single charge on segpay, i would be blacklisted from joining any other site they processed for, even legitimate sites ----
imagine how much this happens to popular processors and merchants like ccbill, epoch, etc.
one shady site can ruin a potential customer for the rest of us forever
