Pinnacle is SUPER easy.
I started on this, made 100s of videos with it. You'll be editing within 5 mins.
If you will spend a few hours getting to know it, Vegas is very easy too and more powerful than people often give it credit for. I do all my edits on Vegas.
Don't even think about Premier or Final Cut if you're just starting out. Great software but a large learning curve.
