Nope. The wikileaks.org domain has not been seized; active status at the PIR (.org) registry.

However, about a week ago the dns provider Everydns stopped providing service for that domain and hence it's no longer resolving.

Very strange considering the U.S. government did seized numerous other domains lately for lessor reasons, including content piracy and counterfeit goods.

Bottom line, in my view, the U.S. government helped facilitate the operators of Wikileaks and wants it to remain around - at least in the news headlines for both diversionary and strategic reasons, such as enacting new stringent laws regulating internet communications.
