I have had a virtual server with Candidhosting for over 3 years now. In my opinion, they offer great managed virtual servers at a good price. Service has been good too.
If you are looking for a dedicated server
www.rackshack.net is by far the best. These servers are unmanaged so you need to be able to do system management yourself yourself. But the cost just cant be beat.
