Not necessarily. Remember in law that the parameters surrounding a situation can change the outcome significantly. If there are terms in the contract (or other extenuating circumstances) that possibly could make said contract somehow voidable, then the person who allegedly owes the OP will be completely off the hook and does not owe the OP.
Thus, the OP's rant here (if he reveals the identity) then could be extrapolated as an instance of defamation and he could be found liable for damages incurred.
Never go into court or any legally binding matter believing that you have a situation that is absolutely in your favor. A few words (or a lack of them) and even the timing of the lawsuit can turn the odds against you instantly.
